OUR APPROACH
Our work grows from the intersection of art, education, and childhood. We create original songs that bring music, storytelling, characters, and animation together to connect with children’s emotional, imaginative, and cognitive worlds, while respecting their sensitivity, individual pace, and different ways of understanding reality.
Our repertoire encompasses a wide range of experiences, including stories with emotional and social themes, adventures, contemplative songs, songs for celebrations, play, imagination, and musical enjoyment.
Each song is conceived as a narrative experience rather than an isolated musical piece. Through stories featuring animals and engaging characters, we present situations children can relate to and, when relevant to the nature of the work, explore themes such as fear, insecurity, jealousy, rivalry, frustration, perseverance, honesty, and resilience.
Learning Through Music and Storytelling
Our approach brings together multiple dimensions of children’s learning and development, including language, literacy, imagination, creativity, critical thinking, and social and emotional learning (SEL).
Through rhythm, rhyme, melody, repetition, and storytelling, our work supports attention, memory, vocabulary development, oral expression, and narrative comprehension. It also helps children connect ideas, interpret situations, and construct meaning from what they hear and observe.
Within this broader approach, SEL represents one of several possible areas of learning. It can help children recognize and express emotions, understand others, build positive relationships, and respond with empathy.
A Resource for the Classroom and the Home
Our songs are designed to support both educators and families. In the classroom, they can be used as starting points for discussion, oral expression, writing, collaborative work, narrative comprehension, and reflection on relationships, identity, and different experiences from everyday life.
At home, they create opportunities for shared listening and meaningful conversations between children and adults. The combination of music, storytelling, and visual content encourages active participation and allows learning to emerge in a natural, playful, and accessible way.
The project also includes complementary educational resources and bilingual versions of many of our songs. These resources expand the possibilities for educational use and allow children to experience the same stories in Spanish and English, bringing both languages naturally into a shared artistic and narrative experience.
We believe in the power of art to support children’s emotional, social, and intellectual growth. For this reason, every work is created with intention, sensitivity, and pedagogical coherence, recognizing children not simply as viewers or listeners, but as individuals capable of imagining, questioning, feeling, and developing their own interpretations of the world.
